Woke up at 7 today, manage to be punctual but... teacher MC, relieve teacher late!!! Ridiculous huh?! lols. Dan BEO, did not much but spent 2 hours on it! hahs after school went Tampines, again?? hahs to buy the bag then limin, kunjun, lena and shirley came to my house. Eat, bathed, slack dan around 6 plus they left and im off to meet baby and his friends.

Did anybody try the dessert i posted ytd?? Today im gonna recommand everybody this korean restaurant i just went. Ju Shin Jung West Korean Charcoal BBQ It's located at #01-18, 27 West Coast Highway S(117867), Yess Centre and Ju Shin Jung East Korean Charcoal BBQ at 1018 East Coast Parkway #02-01, Singapore 449877. Fantastic place to eat authentic Korean food. Nice ambience and friendly staffs. Service is excellent. Tea and side dishes is free flow and their array of side dishes is simply amazing. The dessert was nice too, it comes with a piece of heart-shaped watermelon and a little bowl of rice wine that tasted like a concentrated barley a bit too sweet but is nice! Went there with Guni, Guni's girlf, Flaky, Awan, Awan's friend/girlf, Ernest and Baby. Guni ordered the octopus beef soup and rice, it was really filling.
$155 + for 8. quite reasonable i thought. (;








after food, baby drived Ernest, Awan and Awan's friend/girlf home. on the journey, i fell asleep. lols. damn tired.
Daddy was home. I am tired. Baby i love you!!

it's 2.08am, i have school tml at 8 and i cant sleep.
why is it??
mummy cooked white fungus dessert and here i am to teach everybody how to cook it!
Ingredients:
-1 packet of white fungus* (chinese translation:雪耳)
-6 - 8 red dates (optional)
-a bunch of pandan leaves
-5 lump of rock sugar
-1 pot of water
Method:
1. Clean white fungus and soak it for 3 days ( to make it soft ). Cut off stub, rinse, and cut to small pieces. Briefly wash red dates and pandan leaves.
2) Bring a pot of water to a boil over high heat. Add white fungus, pandan leaves(tied up), red dates and rock sugar into boiling water.
3) Bring it to a boil again. Reduce heat to low fire, simmer for 30 min or until it's slightly thicken , then simmer for another 30 min. Serve hot, or chilled. ( i prefer it to be hot!)




*can be bought from any chinese medical stall

im like kind of addicted to painting nails for other people!! lols. i have helped my mummy and limin to paint their nails and i thought it was nice. hahs bought a dark blue and a bright red nail polish for myself as well as the base coat and the top coat. hahs yea, the face shop is having 20% discount for all nail product. it cost $2.30 for all nail polish. hahs sorry belinda for not going online tonight cause my sister is using computer and i am using my father's comp SORRY BELINDA!!
i found a nice song 爱到底-庾澄庆 this song is very nice, really hahs! i love BPF

did a free trial facial at tampines junction today was like damn shiok but only trial cause if the real facial session will cost $50 per session (U.S $120) so ex right?! hahs baby bought a bag for me today. hahs shirlet bought it too, yeah we can have the same bag together!! lols.
